A convenient way to stay on schedule.
Our loaner car program helps eligible service guests
stay mobile while their Toyota is being serviced. Loaner
vehicles are available by advance appointment and are
subject to availability, qualifying service needs, and
driver eligibility.
How the Loaner Program Works
Request a loaner when scheduling your service appointment. Our team will confirm availability and review the
program requirements before your visit.
Before Your Visit
- Schedule the loaner vehicle in advance
- Bring a valid driver's license
- Provide proof of current automobile insurance
- Meet minimum age and driving eligibility requirements
During Your Loan
- Sign the loaner vehicle agreement
- Follow mileage and vehicle-use restrictions
- Observe all smoking and pet restrictions
- Return the vehicle by the agreed-upon date and time
Please note: Loaner vehicles are limited and cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed reservation.
Fuel and Vehicle Return
Please return the loaner vehicle on time, with the required fuel level, and in the same general condition in
which it was received.
- Replace the fuel used during the loan period
- Remove personal belongings and trash
- Report warning lights, damage, accidents, or vehicle concerns
- Return the vehicle directly to the designated Toyota of Portland location
- Pay applicable tolls, parking fees, traffic citations, fuel charges, cleaning fees, or damage-related costs
Additional charges may apply when a vehicle is returned late, with insufficient fuel, excessively dirty,
damaged, or outside the terms of the loaner agreement.

Loaner vehicles are provided based on availability and qualifying service needs. Vehicle type, size, model, and features are not guaranteed.
Toyota of Portland reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, or end a loaner reservation based on vehicle availability, driver eligibility, service status, safety concerns, or violation of the loaner agreement.
